  1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
    1. This contractual agreement establishes the binding relationship between Voyager Car Rentals (hereafter "Provider") and any individual or organization (hereafter "Customer") seeking vehicle rental services.
    2. Initiating a reservation, accessing our digital platforms, or utilizing any of our offerings signifies your complete understanding and unqualified acceptance of these conditions in their entirety.
    3. The Provider maintains exclusive authority to modify these terms at its discretion; such changes become legally enforceable immediately upon publication on our official website or through direct notification channels.
  2. VEHICLE SERVICES
    1. Our company offers access to the following transportation solutions:
      • Comprehensive fleet selection ranging from economical hatchbacks to luxury sedans
      • Professional chauffeur services with background-verified drivers
      • Convenient doorstep vehicle delivery and collection
      • Flexible rental durations (daily packages, weekly arrangements, monthly subscriptions)
      • Tailored solutions for business events, family vacations, and tourism activities
      • Dedicated customer assistance throughout service territories
      • Curated journey recommendations with suggested itineraries
    2. Every booking remains contingent upon vehicle availability, mechanical condition verification, and final approval from our quality control department before confirmation.
    3. Visual representations, technical specifications, and descriptive content in our marketing materials serve as general references; actual vehicles delivered may exhibit slight variations in appearance, features, or performance characteristics.
  3. PAYMENT TERMS
    1. Unless explicitly documented otherwise in formal correspondence, all financial transactions must be conducted in Indian Rupees (INR).
    2. The Provider accepts these payment methods:
      • Major international credit and debit cards (subject to identity verification)
      • Electronic transfers to our designated banking partners
      • Popular digital payment applications
      • UPI, Google Pay, and other Indian payment systems
    3. Financial transactions occur exclusively through PCI-DSS compliant systems employing state-of-the-art security protocols; our systems retain only tokenized payment references rather than storing complete financial credentials.
    4. Published tariffs undergo periodic adjustments; however, once a booking receives confirmation, the quoted amount remains unchanged regardless of subsequent pricing modifications.
    5. A fully-refundable security deposit, determined by vehicle category and rental period, must be pre-authorized for all transactions; this sum remains blocked but not charged unless damage assessment, additional fees, or other charges become necessary.
  4. BOOKING PROCEDURES
    1. Each rental application undergoes thorough verification procedures before achieving confirmed status.
    2. Our standard reservation protocol follows these sequential steps:
      • Submission of vehicle preferences and required personal documentation
      • Confirmation of vehicle availability and customer eligibility
      • Pre-authorization of the applicable security deposit
      • Issuance and transmission of the official booking confirmation
    3. Customers bear full responsibility for ensuring accuracy and authenticity of all submitted information; any complications arising from incorrect or fraudulent details remain the exclusive liability of the Customer.
    4. Booking confirmations, updates, and related communications will be delivered to the email address provided during the initial registration process.
  5. CANCELLATION AND MODIFICATIONS
    1. The refund structure for Customer-initiated cancellations operates as follows:
      • Cancellations submitted more than 72 hours before scheduled pickup: Full refund provided
      • Cancellations submitted between 48-72 hours before scheduled pickup: 85% refund issued
      • Cancellations submitted between 24-48 hours before scheduled pickup: 60% refund processed
      • Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice: No refund available
    2. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing through authorized channels and must include the unique reservation identifier for proper processing.
    3. Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method and typically appear in the Customer's account within 5-7 business days, depending on financial institution policies.
    4. The Provider reserves the right to cancel reservations due to circumstances beyond control including vehicle damage, safety concerns, or regulatory requirements; in such instances, the Customer will receive either a complete refund or the opportunity to select an alternative vehicle from available inventory.
  6. DRIVER REQUIREMENTS
    1. All authorized operators must satisfy these minimum qualifications:
      • Minimum age of 21 years (23 years for mid-size vehicles, 25 years for premium vehicles)
      • Valid driving license issued at least 12 months prior to rental commencement
      • Clean driving history without major violations during the preceding 36 months
      • Current government-issued photo identification
      • Payment card registered in the primary driver's name
    2. Vehicle operation demands strict adherence to all applicable traffic regulations, posted speed restrictions, and safety guidelines throughout the rental duration.
    3. These activities are expressly forbidden:
      • Engaging in competitive driving events or vehicle performance testing
      • Operating on unpaved roads, construction areas, or restricted zones
      • Carrying illegal substances, dangerous materials, or prohibited items
      • Utilizing the vehicle for unlawful activities or regulatory violations
      • Permitting operation by individuals not registered on the rental agreement
      • Exceeding the daily distance limitations specified in the rental terms
    4. Customers accept complete liability for all traffic violations, parking infractions, toll charges, and administrative penalties incurred during the rental period.
  7. VEHICLE CONDITION
    1. Every vehicle undergoes comprehensive inspection, professional sanitization, and complete refueling with manufacturer-recommended fuel grade before each rental period begins.
    2. Upon rental conclusion, the Customer bears responsibility for:
      • Returning the vehicle at the predetermined time and location
      • Ensuring the vehicle remains in substantially identical condition, allowing for reasonable usage
      • Replenishing the fuel tank to match the level recorded at pickup
      • Returning all provided accessories, documentation, and equipment
    3. Delayed returns incur supplementary charges calculated at 150% of the standard hourly rate, plus an administrative processing fee for each hour of delay.
    4. Any damage exceeding normal wear will undergo assessment according to our standardized evaluation guidelines, with corresponding charges applied to the authorized payment method.
  8. INSURANCE AND LIABILITY
    1. Standard rental rates include fundamental protection comprising:
      • Mandatory third-party liability coverage as required by Indian regulations
      • Standard collision damage waiver with specified deductible amount
      • Basic theft protection with customer responsibility portion
    2. Following accidents or damage incidents, Customers remain financially responsible for expenses up to the specified deductible amount for each separate occurrence.
    3. Enhanced protection packages can be purchased to reduce or eliminate the standard deductible and secure additional coverage benefits.
    4. The Provider explicitly disclaims responsibility for personal belongings left in vehicles or for consequential losses resulting from mechanical failures, service delays, or operational interruptions.
  9. GOVERNING LAW
    1. This agreement falls exclusively under the jurisdiction and legal framework of the Republic of India without consideration of conflict of law principles.
    2. Any disputes, controversies, or disagreements arising from or connected to this agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in New Delhi, conducted according to the procedural guidelines of the Delhi International Arbitration Centre.
